Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules each time, two times a day, or as suggested by a healthcare provider. Sensitive individuals may want to take with food.
CAUTION: Not indicated for pregnant or nursing women. Long term administration (greater than 1 month) should be monitored by a healthcare practitioner and include liver enzymes and hemoglobin testing.
