Return Policy
Fuma Natural has been providing doctor developed supplements to customers for well over 25 year and have complete confidence in our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product within 90 days of purchase, please contact us via email or phone to request a return.Â
All unopened bottles will be given a 100% refund. In addition, one (1) opened bottle of any product will also be given a 100% refund (Please send back opened bottles, including empty ones in order to get full refund). There is no refund for shipping and handling and no refund on more than one opened bottle of the same product.Â
This warranty is good for 90 days from the date of purchase, with no questions asked.Â
For customers who have previously returned products, please note that there are no returns allowed on any future purchases that include the same products that have been previously purchased or returned in the past.
Domestic purchaser: Should you change your mind and decide to return your order, you must first contact us to authorize your return, Fuma Natural corporation will not pay for the return shipping of the item back to us. All costs related to shipping an item for a return to Fuma Natural Corporation must be covered by the customer. We strongly recommend sending your return package via UPS or FedEx so it can be insured and tracked (this is especially important with high-value items). If a return is sent via US Mail, then the customer accepts all responsibility if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Fuma Natural Corporation is not liable for any uninsured packages.
International purchaser: Due to the extreme cost of shipping products internationally, should you change your mind and decide to return your order, you must first contact us to authorize your return and Fuma Natural corporation will not pay for the return shipping of the item back to us. All costs related to shipping an item for a return to Fuma Natural Corporation must be covered by the customer.
Customers who refuse or abandon shipments will be charged all fees that Fuma Natural Corporation has incurred to retrieve your package. Any and all packages that are refused delivery and return back to Fuma Natural corporation without authorization will not be refunded the initial shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. We may also deduct the Return Shipping Fee if apply.
Instruction for product return:
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your sale order receipt at the time of your purchase. We will credit back your card what you actually paid for the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges. Please allow us some processing time ((typically about 2 weeks after receiving your package) for the return and for the posting back of the credit to your card. Credit Memo will be email to you once we process it.
