Product Order:

There are 3 ways to purchase from us:

2. Through our website at www.fumanatural.net
3. We also accept mail orders via checks or money orders paid to: Fuma Natural Corp, mailed  to our corporate office with a brief note of  item(s) you would like to purchase including quantity and your shipping address (USA customers only). Please call our office for total amount including shipping charge.

 Order processing:

 Orders placed before 2 PM (Pacific Time) are usually shipped on the same day, orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day. 

 If you need a package on a specific day/date let us know either when placing the order or call us and we’ll contact you directly to make the necessary arrangements.

Shipping :

Domestic: All orders within the USA will be shipped either by FedEx, UPS or US Postal Services mail. Orders over $200 will qualify for Free Shipping.We cannot ship Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipment to PO Boxes.

Delivery time can vary (1 to 3 business days) depending on the destination postal code.

Shipping and Handling options will be calculate at best discounted rates when check out. 

International: Orders for International customers outside the USA will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail, Global Priority Mail or DHL.

Special note to international customers: Certain countries impose import duty or tax (such as VAT) on imported products. The additional charge is not included in the cost and regular shipping charges. You might need to pay import duty/tax prior to the delivery/release of the shipment. The import duty/tax is usually collected by the shipping company on behalf of the country's customs. Please check with your country's customs to determine whether import duty/tax is expected .We do not declare product values in the shipments below the actual purchased cost or mark items in the shipment as gifts. US and International regulations prohibit such behavior.

At present time the following countries are not allowed to ship our products into their country (their regulation may change from time to time: to Mexico, Germany, Russia. If you live and would like to purchase our products, please verify with your country's commerce department first.

Refused Shipments:

Orders that are refused upon delivery and sent back to Fuma Natural Corporation without authorization will not be refunded the initial shipping cost and customers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments.
